this Thursday, , Dj Elbow Greasy, yours truly, of the Recess Dj Collective presents, Teacher’s Lounge: Juneteenth Edition, All Songs from the Ancestors, those who are no longer with us in physical form but there music lives on: Luther, Sly, Aretha, 2pac, Frankie Beverly, Marvin, The Pointer Sisters, Roberta, Whitney, James Brown, Michael, Angie Stone, Prince, Aaliyah…Free $0.99…ALL VINYL…6-10pm The Mission Community’s Farmers Market is out front (32nd & Bartlett). Get some fresh fruits and vegetables from 3pm -7pm directly in front of the venue. So grab your dancing shows, your cloth bag, & come get some vegetables, a drink and say high & get on the dance floor.
